How long does it take from the time I order and pay for my item until the time I receive it?
Orders placed before 1pm are usually made and sent the same day.
Express post deliveries should be received by your recipient the next business day if they are within the Australia Post Express Post delivery areas.
Delivery times for regular delivery service are as follows:

Yellow Duck Baby is fast and efficient at producing your items, if you need your gift delivered the next day Yellow Duck baby can send it Via Express Post Delivery.

Your gift can be delivered by Express Post as long as the post code falls within Australia Posts Express Post Delivery Range.Yellow Duck Baby usually provides this service free of any excess charges however depending on the size / weight of your order an additional fee may be required. Please email or call one of our friendly staff and we can let you know if any additional cost will be incurred. All Gifts to be sent by Express Post need to be placed by 1 pm . Can I nominate a different delivery address to send a gift directly to another recipient?
Yes, please ensure you select a different delivery address at checkout.
What happens if I’m not at home to take delivery of my item?
A calling card will be left at your door with instructions on how to receive your parcel.
Do you deliver direct to Maternity Hospitals?
We are based in Melbourne and due to the limited amount of time new mums are in hospital, Yellow Duck Baby sends all deliveries to both Melbourne and Interstate-based Maternity Hospitals by express post.
If you are wanting a gift delivered to a Maternity Hospital, we ask that you confirm with the patient how long they will remain in hospital before completing the Hospital delivery address details on checkout.
Express Post parcel deliveries are generally next business day (Note: If an order is placed late in the week, the parcel may not be delivered until early the following week when the patient has already checked out.
Always confirm how long the patient will remain in hospital or nominate a home address to be sure your gift is received by the recipient).

Delivery of Gifts that Include Alcohol
All gifts containing alcohol cannot be sent to or received by a person under the age of 18 years.
A current proof of age may be asked for by the courier and a signature will be requested on delivery.
