How long does it take from the time I order and pay for my item until the time I receive it?
Delivery times for our express range of items are as follows:
Melbourne Metropolitan Area 1-3 business days
Greater Victoria 2-4 business days
New South Wales 3-6 business days
Tasmania 3-6 business days
Queensland 3-6 business days
South Australia 3-6 business days
Western Australia 4-8 business days

Can I nominate a different delivery address to send a gift directly to another recipient?
Yes, please ensure you select a different delivery address at checkout.
What happens if I’m not at home to take delivery of my item?
A calling card will be left at your door with instructions on how to receive your parcel.
Do you deliver direct to Maternity Hospitals?
We are based in Melbourne and due to the limited amount of time new mums are in hospital, we will only deliver to Melbourne-based Maternity Hospitals. If you are wanting a gift delivered to a Melbourne Hospital, we ask that you confirm with the patient how long they will remain in hospital before completing the Hospital delivery address details on checkout. Melbourne-based parcel deliveries are generally 1-3 business days (Note: If an order is placed late in the week, the parcel may not be delivered until early the following week when the patient has already checked out. Always confirm how long the patient will remain in hospital or nominate a home address to be sure your gift is received by the recipient).
